Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and dental assistants using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while maintaining a 1:1 hygienist and 1:1 assistant ratio. Sign on bonus available for eligible candidates. Full-time providers receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA/FSA, disability plans, 401(k), paid holidays, and continuing education reimbursements. Schedule options support work-life balance, and visa or green card sponsorship is available.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
