Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and adults using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and panorex units. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team ratio of one hygienist, one assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and highlight customer focus and collaboration. Maintain compliance through yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management training while supporting the mission to create affordable dental care for underserved families.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
