Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients ages 3–21 and up to 30% adult population using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow averaging 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Participate in morning huddles, plan daily schedules, and highlight customer focus and collaboration goals. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. This role offers a sign-on bonus, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, and continuing education reimbursements. VISA and Green Card sponsorship are available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
