Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients aged 3–21 and up to 30% adults using DentaPro software, digital x-ray, Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Manage an office flow of 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients with a team ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while supporting morning huddles, team appreciation, and customer focus initiatives. Receive a sign-on bonus, 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, and continuing education reimbursements. VISA and Green Card sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
