Job Summary
Conduct 3 days per week of 8-hour shifts in a rural health center setting, providing primary, chronic, acute, and urgent care to patients of all ages. Manage 24/7 coverage responsibility with on-call rotation shared between providers, including occasional home visits as identified. Collaborate with EMS services, with emergency services and care experience strongly preferred. Work under minimal supervision with support for credentialing, licensing, and housing.
Required Qualifications
