Job Summary
Manage and monitor production line machinery, conducting routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols to create a secure workplace and work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards. Accurately document production metrics and promptly communicate any issues to management for swift resolution. This temporary-to-hire assignment runs Friday through Sunday from 4:00pm to 4:00am at an hourly rate of $20.00, with potential overtime and shift differential pay. Previous manufacturing experience may increase compensation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year's experience in machine operation
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to distinguish color
- Proficiency in math for calculating percentages, areas and volumes
- Ability to set up computer-aided machinery
- Solid understanding of Windows based computers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
- Elementary English proficiency communication skills
- 90-day work assignment
- 30-day attendance required period for training purposes
