Job Summary
Provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in residential and supported living settings. Assist with daily activities including personal care, meal preparation, and community engagement while promoting independence in line with individual care plans. Work collaboratively with other support staff and healthcare professionals across various shifts including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a care or support role
