Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs and developing nursing care plans. Maintain medical records, educate patients and families, and accurately administer medications while documenting controlled substance counts. Notify physicians of significant status changes, including detox difficulties or medical emergencies, and ensure all orders are transcribed appropriately. Complete admission and discharge processing efficiently while demonstrating knowledge of universal precautions and state Nurse Practice Act regulations. Exhibit therapeutic rapport with patients by maintaining professional boundaries and communicating professionally with co-workers and visitors. This temporary assignment requires a current RN license with one year of experience and operates on flexible full-time nights from 7pm to 7am at a flat rate of $55.
