TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policy, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, changes, and education. Prioritize actions based on patient needs, serve as an educational resource for families, and participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance work processes and patient quality outcomes. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and mentor other nurses within a supportive environment. Full-time, 36 hours per week across AM and PM shifts.
