TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patients' conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and deliver safe, effective care according to established policies. Maintain appropriate documentation of assessments, condition changes, and education provided while serving as an intermediary between patients, families, and providers. Listen to concerns, respond to patient needs, and act as an educational resource for families and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, seek opportunities for professional growth, and mentor other nurses through shared governance principles. This 13-week renewable contract includes AM and PM shifts, 36 hours per week, and requires a BSN or ADN with 2 years of experience and BLS certification.
