TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate - Augusta, GA - Full Time

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assisting with care plans to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Listen to patient concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and report pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, seek professional growth opportunities, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. This 13-week renewable contract requires 36 hours per week.
