TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans that promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and compliance incidents. Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, listen to concerns, and report pertinent information to providers and staff in accordance with confidentiality standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, mentor other nurses, and uphold professional standards through shared governance. This 13-week renewable contract offers full-time, 36-hour weekly shifts in AM and PM rotations at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center.
