TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policy, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource, and communicate pertinent information to providers while prioritizing actions based on needs. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time, 36 hours/week across AM and PM shifts.
