TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments, changes in condition, and education provided. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and communicate pertinent information to providers while upholding confidentiality and safety standards. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, seek opportunities to enhance work processes, and contribute to professional growth through mentorship, training, and shared governance activities. Full-time, 36-hour week with AM and PM shifts available.
