TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain documentation of assessments and incidents. Listen to patient concerns, serve as an educational resource for families, and prioritize actions based on patient needs to maintain satisfaction across staff, patients, and physicians. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, uphold confidentiality and safety standards, and support shared governance through council service. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and foster growth through mentorship and peer feedback. Full-time, 36 hours/week across AM and PM shifts; 13-week renewable contract.
