TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patients' conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and deliver safe care according to policies. Maintain documentation of assessments, care changes, and education provided, while listening to patient concerns and serving as an educational resource for families. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. This 13-week renewable full-time contract offers 36 hours weekly across AM and PM shifts at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center.
