TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, prioritize actions based on patient needs, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and care delivered. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and report pertinent information to appropriate individuals. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and contribute to shared governance through service on councils. Support the recruitment of nurses and foster the development of other staff through mentorship. Full-time, 36 hours/week across AM and PM shifts; 13-week renewable contract.
