TEMP Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans. Prioritize daily patient flow and coordinate optimum patient experience by delivering safe, effective care according to policies and procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, condition changes, education provided, and compliance incidents. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource on health issues, and report pertinent information to appropriate individuals. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support shared governance councils, and foster growth through mentorship and preceptorship. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and stay current with industry best practices. Full-time, 36 hours/week across AM and PM shifts.
