Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) for an acute care 13-week renewable contract in Augusta, GA. Night shift. Provides frontline nursing care, coordinates with patient care team, develops and communicates care plans, documents assessments and care delivery, and supports patient and family education. Requires current RN license, BLS (Instructor RN/MLS not required for description), and a minimum of 2 years nursing experience. Roles emphasize professional growth, adherence to safety and confidentiality standards, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Hours: full-time equivalent at 36 hours/week during a 13-week contract; regular duties include delivering safe, effective care and collaboration with care teams. Education requirement includes either an Associate or a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- Multi-state Licensure (NLC) or Compact
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience
- Associates Nursing or Bachelors Nursing (minimum education)
- All certifications required upon hire unless stated otherwise
