Job Summary
Temp Process & Filling Operator on 1st shift based in Torrington, CT. Responsible for filling, labeling, and sealing resin products using approved procedures and SOPs; operate syringe, cartridge, liter, and pail cells with minimal supervision; maintain clean, organized workstations and accurate documentation; perform final quality inspections and ensure proper labeling; enter data into ERP and labeling software; support 6S routine, process improvements, and safe use of PPE. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong math and organizational skills, and attention to detail. Regular shift hours Monday–Friday 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; hourly compensation $20.00 with potential variability per company policy; must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience with ERP systems (E1 a plus)
- Good mathematical and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to use labeling and documentation processes as per SOPs
