Job Summary
Provide customer and stakeholder support for payroll issues while developing process changes to improve efficiency and accuracy across US operations. Analyze, research, and resolve problems related to payroll accounting, G/L interfaces, tax reporting, W-2 processing, and leave accruals. Collaborate with Contact Center leadership, Tier 1/2 support, and ADP's managed services team to implement vendor enhancements and system upgrades. Generate required payroll reports and ensure compliance with SOX and internal control standards. Requires three years of experience, a business-related degree, and strong Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years hand on experience in payroll processing and associated activities
- Degree in business related discipline (Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, etc.), or the equivalent of combination of education and work experience
- Working knowledge of payroll tax
- Strong knowledge of payroll policies, procedures, regulations, and systems for payroll/tax reporting
- Creative analytical and problem solving background
- Demonstrates analytical strengths in payroll environment
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
- Must be a customer-focused, self-driven, results-oriented individual with an emphasis on quality, detail and accuracy
- Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
