Job Summary
Temp Patient Services Representative for a 12-week contract starting in September in Woodbury, MN. Be the welcoming face for patients, check-in using the EHR, coordinate sleep study devices and upload reports, confirm insurance and patient documentation, schedule appointments and manage patient flow, handle overflow calls, open/close the clinic, process payments, order medical supplies, room patients, and maintain clinic sanitation. Requires experience in healthcare, strong multitasking and communication, Microsoft Office and EHR proficiency, and a valid driver license. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 7am-5pm; no nights or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a medical or healthcare setting
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records
- Valid driver license
