Job Summary
First point of contact in the Distribution Centre handling inquiries from customers, sales companies, suppliers and forwarders; execute tasks based on SOPs in an ERP system, process and facilitate changes to purchase orders, assist with shipping arrangements and related documents, and coordinate with support functions (Order Support, Warehouse, Quality, etc.). Needs 2+ years of service experience in a distribution/operations environment; strong English and local language communication, typing, and organizational skills; team-oriented with urgency and service mindset; eager to learn and adapt within Alfa Laval's 140-year startup-like culture.
