Prepare patient charts in Athena, retrieve digital images from Medview, and escort patients into exam rooms while completing intake documentation. Remove sutures and dressings, position patients for exams, and assist physicians with injections and office procedures. Prepare prescriptions, education materials, and DCW25 work comp forms; ensure patients understand follow-up care and medication instructions. Clean zones, restock exam rooms, and manage red bags and sharps boxes in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain adequate stock of medical supplies and brochures throughout the clinic.
