Job Summary
Conduct patient intake for reproductive health services, maintain patient records, and check for completeness, errors, and signatures. Establish rapport with clients, provide patient education regarding reproductive, abortion, and sterilization services, and ensure patient satisfaction through a professional, expedient, and nurturing manner. Adhere to Planned Parenthood California Central Coast policies, procedures, and protocols while assisting clients in a non-judgmental, empathetic style. English-Spanish bilingual skills are desirable for this role within the Thousand Oaks to San Luis Obispo geographic area.
Required Qualifications
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Ability to relate to diverse communities
- Must be able to travel within PPCCC geographic area (Thousand Oaks to San Luis Obispo)
