Job Summary
Manufacturing Associate II role in an aerospace/defense manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include locating and positioning parts per blueprints and Standard Work Instructions, working as part of a manufacturing group to produce specific parts, securing parts in place, potentially selling parts by following schematics to produce more complex parts, and verifying part dimensions with basic measuring tools. Requires ability to read blueprints/schematics, operate with attention to quality, and communicate effectively in English. Candidates should have a high school/GED and at least one year of manufacturing experience. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance and occasional up to 30 pounds; expects regular standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and use of safety equipment. Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED
- Minimum of one year of manufacturing experience
- Soldering
- Blueprint and/or schematic reading
- Finger dexterity
- Hand-eye coordination
- Effective communication in English
