Job Summary
Monitor landlord accounts with debit balances and work out arrangements for prompt recovery. Perform effective communication with landlords and key customers, preparing professional correspondence and detailed spreadsheets as needed. This role requires an Associates Degree, three years of accounting experience, lease interpretation or real estate background, and SAP skills. Candidates must be available for temporary lease coordination support.
