Job Summary
Register and room all arrivals in accordance with Hotel standards, assisting with luggage when required. Perform personalized check-in, check-out, and room change procedures efficiently, ensuring all guest reservation data is entered accurately into the Hotel system. Attend to guest enquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner while maintaining effective communication across departments. This 6-month contract role in Central offers up to $14 per hour with a meal allowance and requires availability for five days.
