Temp Float -Direct Support Professional

Assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings as a Float Direct Support Professional. Float DSPs cover staffing needs across units, implementing services and supports per each person’s Centered Plan, and helping individuals communicate needs. Requires 2+ years of direct caregiving experience in IDD settings, CPR certification, and completion of required training and competencies; duties include supporting individuals and groups, understanding personal histories and goals, and maintaining required licensure/certifications. Shifts include 8/10/12 hours with weekend coverage and selective holiday dates; state-of-the-art agency culture and ongoing training opportunities are provided.
