Job Summary
Process coverage-related requests for Medicare members, prescribers, and providers via inbound and outbound phone interactions and fax-based casework. Perform accurate case setup, review, outreach, documentation, and timely resolution in accordance with Medicare guidelines, CMS-mandated timelines, and internal quality standards. This role integrates previously segmented phone and fax responsibilities, utilizing a modularized training model where colleagues practice end-to-end skills before transitioning to production. Work is full-time, remote, and non-exempt, requiring schedule flexibility based on business needs.
