Temp Assignment Based Respiratory Therapist II RRT

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory plans of care for patients while collaborating with physicians and support systems to promote optimal health or a comforting peaceful death. Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey, accepting full responsibility and accountability for care management in accordance with current policies and procedures. This temporary assignment involves working in any Novant Health location for a designated number of weeks based on system needs. Current RCP licensure and one year of experience are required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
