Job Summary
Temporary Assembly Associate II role in Mason’s Components division. Responsibilities include assembling connectors per blueprints and work instructions, setting up and running wire marking machines, positioning parts per blueprints, assembling parts as part of an assembly group, bolting/screwing components, soldering/welding according to schematics, verifying final unit assembly, and testing the unit with related fixtures. Requires ability to read blueprints/schematics, finger dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and effective English communication. ITAR compliance is noted. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour. Location: Sylmar, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be able to read blueprints and/or schematic reading
- Soldering/Welding
- Finger dexterity
- Hand-eye coordination
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to verify the function of the unit per the final blueprint
