Job Summary
Support student events and activities as a temporary cheer staff member. Perform duties as assigned to uphold school board policies and district mission standards. Adhere to all adopted procedures, conduct oneself in the best interest of students, and complete required federal, state, and school board forms. Submit to drug and alcohol testing and background screening as mandated by Florida Statute §435.12.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of forms required by federal and state agencies and the School Board
- Completion of forms related to the employee benefits package
- Compliance with School Board Policy 3.10
- Drug and alcohol-free workplace compliance
- Completion of drug testing pursuant to School Board Policy 3.96 or 3.961
- Medical clearance from professionals selected by the School Board (if applicable)
- Meeting the Word per Minute (WPM) requirement for the given position (for Non-Instructional Applicants applying for some clerical positions)
- Background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse (if applicable)
