Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment by engaging customers, adhering to operating standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Cross-training across store areas to support business needs; model customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases and returns, counting change, promoting credit and loyalty programs, following merchandising procedures, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and contributing to shrink-reduction goals. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and Flexibility to work a schedule that supports business needs. Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
