Job Summary
Conduct physical and technical tests to identify defects causing yield loss and perform electrical validation to isolate faults. Document findings for peers, operators, and managers while recommending equipment or process modifications. Monitor line operations, audit standards, and execute lot dispositions based on inline and end-of-line data. Perform engineering tests, prepare samples for XSEM imaging, and analyze database reports to assist with route modifications. Provide training support to strengthen team capability and act as a role model for quality behavior through Stop the Job efforts. Shift 4 in Hillsboro, Oregon; hourly salary $60,450–$85,340.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Technical Area (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Technology, Material Science or comparable field)
- 1 + years of hands-on Lab and or manufacturing experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Technical Area (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Technology, Material Science or comparable field)
- 1 + years of hands-on Lab and or manufacturing experience
Desired Qualifications
- 1 + years of military-relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with sample preparation using FIB/SEM and/or Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) operation
- Technical Certification
