Job Summary
Teller position in Wells Fargo's National Branch Network. Deliver a positive and reliable branch experience by accurately processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing) and engaging customers with care. Welcome customers, understand their needs, guide them to efficient banking methods including digital tools, and refer complex needs to a banker. Build relationships through active listening, identify product or service opportunities, and connect customers to the right information, services, or bankers. Maintain accuracy and manage risk per policies, collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations, and escalate more complex issues as needed. Requires strong cash-handling and customer-service skills with the ability to follow policies and procedures; weekend availability (including Saturdays) is required.
