Job Summary
Welcome members to the branch, manage lobby traffic and appointment scheduling, and provide courteous, professional, solutions-oriented support. Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and account servicing with precision while adhering to operational and compliance standards. Engage members in consultative conversations to identify financial needs, provide basic guidance, and submit qualified referrals. Use digital tools and CRM systems to maintain data integrity and promote self-service adoption. Participate in coaching, feedback sessions, and cross-training opportunities to enhance performance. Requires high school diploma, one year of sales and service experience, and cash handling skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in Sales and Service
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and focus in processing transactions, maintaining records, and adhering to procedures; recognizes and resolves discrepancies proactively
- Displays genuine care, patience, and professionalism in every interaction; recognizes member emotions and responds appropriately to build trust and strengthen relationships
- Adapts quickly to evolving processes, technologies, and priorities while maintaining a positive and solutions-focused mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Communicates clearly and confidently; actively listens to understand member needs and convey information accurately
- Contributes positively to branch goals through teamwork, communication, and shared accountability; supports peers and fosters a cooperative, inclusive environment
- Demonstrates comfort with technology and eagerness to learn new systems or tools; embraces ongoing feedback and professional growth opportunities
- Must be able to perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience with cash handling
- Previous financial institution experience
- Notary – State Certification within 30 days
