Job Summary

As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch and will work to create a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment they walk in. Responsibilities include assisting with banking transactions (cash deposits and withdrawals), maintaining accurate cash handling with end-of-day balancing, educating customers on digital platforms (online banking and mobile app), identifying opportunities to enhance customers’ financial wellbeing through tailored solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This is a full-time, branch-based role in Manly, NSW, Australia with a schedule that includes mornings and early afternoons across Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Tuesday, Friday. Training and development are provided to support growth within the bank.
