Job Summary
Teller role at a branch-based Westpac location. Responsible for assisting customers with banking transactions, maintaining accurate cash handling, and end-of-day balancing. Educate customers on online banking and the mobile app, identify opportunities to improve customers’ financial wellbeing through tailored solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. The position is a part-time, 18-month contract with 25 hours per week across Monday to Friday (Thursdays off), with comprehensive training provided to support success in banking products and services.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a customer-facing role
- Numerical skills with cash handling
- Ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy
