Teller

Conduct high-quality customer service by accurately completing bank transactions, verifying cash and checks, and determining proper holds on deposited funds per Regulation CC. Accept loan payments, stop payments, and various account orders while resolving customer problems within scope of authority. Process night deposits, balance cash and daily transactions, and ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC, and CIP regulations. Order debit cards and complete unauthorized usage reports as needed. Assist with opening and closing the banking center, actively cross-sell products to meet retail scorecard goals, and adhere to Teller Manual policies. Requires three months of cash handling experience and completion of applicable training sessions.
