Job Summary
Assess members' needs and process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and balance inquiries, via an Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) while evaluating document authenticity. Provide engaging, courteous service through video technology and maintain current knowledge of credit union products to identify relationship-building opportunities. Balance transactions daily and adhere to federal regulations, including the BSA/AML Compliance Program, while following TAP Center policies and transaction limits. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. This virtual teller role requires high school education and one to twelve months of experience, with a focus on conflict resolution and confidentiality.
