Job Summary
Deliver exceptional member service through welcoming greetings and attentive body language while accurately documenting all teller transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and payments. Identify negotiable items and member identification, address member questions and concerns, and proactively engage to uncover needs for cross-selling products and services. Manage lobby traffic to ensure timely assistance, maintain cash drawer balances within guidelines, and assist with lifting 50-pound bags of coin. Stand for extended periods up to four hours at a time, coordinate assignments to meet cross-sale goals, and educate members on new financial tools. Work Monday through Saturday with a starting pay of $22.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED
- 6 – 12 months prior Teller experience within a financial institution, retail sales, or a customer service position involving cash handling experience
