Job Summary
Deliver a positive, reliable branch experience as a Wells Fargo Teller in Valdez, AK by accurately processing routine transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing) and engaging customers with care. Welcome customers, assess needs, and guide them to efficient banking options including digital self-service tools or the appropriate team member. Build relationships, listen to everyday financial needs, and connect customers with relevant information, services, or bankers. Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance while maintaining risk controls and policy compliance. Collaborate with branch teammates to ensure smooth operations and a high-quality customer experience. This role requires working a schedule that includes Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
