Job Summary
Conduct core banking transactions including deposits, RTGS/wire transfers, foreign exchange, and cheque processing. Verify and prepare cash for shipment, balance and image cheques for clearing, and perform custodial duties for the vault and treasury. Cross-sell bank products to clients while ensuring all regulatory reports and documentation are completed accurately. Submit applications via the Sagicor career portal by August 21, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or any other related field from a recognized tertiary institution
- Knowledge of Teller functions & POCA regulations
- Sound knowledge of computer software packages including spreadsheet and word processing applications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Client Experience Standards
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Professionalism in dealing with all clients

Desired Qualifications
