Job Summary
Process checking, savings, and loan transactions, cash checks, and manage teller drawers while balancing drawers daily and performing vault duties. Answer customer questions, explain services, and cross-sell products, ensuring compliance with all policies and the Bank Secretary Act. Refer unresolved issues to the proper department and maintain accurate cash counts. Weekend and evening work will be required with a Saturday rotation, alongside 32-40 hours per week in an office environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous cash handling experience
- Valid, written and fully executed Master Service Agreement and Statement of Work (for recruiting agencies)
- Ability to lift items weighting up to 10 pounds on a consistent basis
- Manual dexterity and coordination
- Weekend and evening work availability
- Saturday rotation availability
