Job Summary
Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and foreign currency buys and sells while maintaining account confidentiality and securing cash in the vault. Replenish ATMs, TCRs, and coin machines as needed, then reconcile and complete end-of-day backup work to ensure safekeeping in the vault. Uphold compliance with federal laws, the Bank Secrecy Act, and anti-money laundering policies by reporting suspicious activity and completing required BSA/AML/OFAC training. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned and keep abreast of changing regulations, products, and technology. This onsite role supports UNFCU's mission to provide exceptional service to the UN community.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of cash handling experience
- Basic knowledge of financial branch procedures and practices
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent organizational skills and service orientation
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency
- French or Spanish language
