Conduct banking transactions and cash handling functions for clients with accuracy and confidentiality, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers. Balance cash drawers, process night drop deposits, and manage returned mail while maintaining double custody for ATM and credit card machines. Mitigate risk by ensuring safekeeping of funds and prompt accounting or transfer of transactions. Maintain and enhance client relationships through meaningful conversations that uncover needs and identify opportunities for additional products and services. Support referral goals by identifying and referring basic bank products to appropriate business partners.
