Job Summary
Conduct banking transactions and cash handling functions for clients with accuracy and confidentiality, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers. Balance the cash drawer, ATM, and credit card machine while ensuring safekeeping of funds and prompt accounting. Maintain and enhance client relationships by uncovering financial needs to identify and refer appropriate products and services. Perform daily tasks such as processing night drop deposits, balancing negotiable instruments, and updating lobby rate sheets under the guidance of branch leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers, words, and verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s)
