Job Summary
Conduct banking transactions and cash handling functions for clients, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Balance cash drawers, process night drop deposits, and manage returned mail to ensure daily branch integrity. Mitigate risk by safeguarding funds in the cash drawer and promptly accounting for transfers. Interact with external and internal clients to uncover financial needs, offering appropriate products and services in alignment with Breakthrough Client Service Standards. Discuss customer requirements to support referral goals by directing clients to appropriate business partners.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to learn and comply with all Bank policies, procedures, and systems
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with written numbers, words, and verbal and written instructions
- Consistently demonstrates ability and willingness to build relationships with clients and other bank associates
- Ability to work fully onsite at posted location(s)
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of previous banking or customer service experience
- Bilingual
