Job Summary
Conduct banking transactions and cash handling functions for clients with accuracy and confidentiality, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers. Balance cash drawers, process night drop deposits, and manage returned mail while maintaining the integrity of the branch. Mitigate risk by ensuring safekeeping of funds and prompt accounting. Interact with external and internal clients to uncover financial needs, identify opportunities for additional products, and support referral goals. Maintain current knowledge of Columbia Bank's product offerings and procedures. This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, one year of banking or customer service experience, and bilingual skills. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 with competitive incentives.
